Pre-5:15 - Shoot on the boards - looking for hard shots, Pick your spots and fire
5:15 - Warm up - Shuffle/Craddle (5 min)
5:20 - Passing down the floor - 6 cone stations, follow your pass (7 min)
5:30 - Catching on the Run (Bounce/Loose Ball one way, throw the other, want good shots (7 Min)
5:40 - Water
5:45 - Defence Work:
Far End - 4 Corner Drill - Focus on not chasing, good cross checks, forcing bad shots
Close End - Hit the Bag - Get low, wide base, don't lunge
6:10- Carousel and Shoot - (5 Min just step, 5 min pass from opposite side)
5:30 - Step and shoot - Work two different shooting spots (7 min)
5:37 - Catch and Shoot - Make a competition L v R, first to 7 goals (bounce count as two) (5 Min from across , 5 min from down low)
5:47 - Water
5:50 - 4 Corner Drill - Focus on not chasing, good cross checks, forcing bad shots
