Variation #1 (5 min):  "Without Goalies."  On the whistle the first player in each line needs to run to centre-floor, pick up a loose ball, and run back toward the goal in the end they started from.

Players must take a shot before the pylon for it to count, and if they miss the net they must scoop up the rebound and shoot it in the net before the next player in line can go (Variation #1A).  The first team to have every player complete the drill and be sitting down in their line, wins the game. If any line has uneven numbers, the line(s) with less players will have to have somebody go twice in order to make things even.

The other way to do it is play a game to 10 (Variation #1B) where players get one shot and no attempts at rebounds ("hitting the post" counts for 2).

Variation #2 (10 min):  "With Goalies."  Same as the above variation except there is a goalie in one, or both nets.  Games can be played up to 5 or 10 goals, depending on time.

Players must wait for the player in front of them to shoot before they attempt to score; the goalie must also be looking at them in order for a goal to count. If goalies make the save they should direct the rebounds out of the crease. Nobody should shoot if a player is going for a rebound in front of them (safety).
