Start this drill by explaining the importance of a pick n roll. Players should be taught that they always roll towards the head of their stick looking up the floor. PLayers should be playing their sticks off their shoulder looking for a pass. Have a coach playing Defense for this drill On the coaches whistle, the first player in line runs (v-cut) to he coach, sets a pick, and rolls off. Another coach/player will send a pass after the pick and roll is completed and the player takes a shot on goal.
