-At the end with both offence and Defense -Have coaches demonstrate and talk about the proper way to have movement on Offence -Show them how to cut the middle -Show them how to initiate contact first and then release from the defender to receive a pass -Show the defense how to push the cutters through the middle and return to their position, keeping an eye on their man to make sure he comes back their position -Show defense proper positions, Right on the crease, stay between the player and the goalie, strong stance, crosschecks, sticks up etc. -At the end with just Defense -Have coaches playing offence forcing the defense to move around but staying in their positions, not chasing too far, cause a loose ball on purpose and teach them about chasing the loose -Proper positioning right on the crease, stay between the player and the goalie, strong stance, crosschecks, sticks up etc.
