2D. Iso - On-Ball Double Seal ("Shooter Vacate")
- An on-ball double “post” is when both the point and shooter on the strong-side seal their checks, while the crease player carries the ball high into the shooter position.
- As this players arrives, the weak-side shooter should be filling into the point position and receive a pass (shooting if wide open); ultimately passing it down to the weak-side crease player for an "iso" attempt (Option #1).
- At this time, the strong-side shooter should also roll off of their seal as a secondary option should the "iso" attempt be ineffective (Option #2).
2E. Iso - On-Ball Double Seal ("Crease Vacate")
- An on-ball double “post” is when both the point and shooter on the strong-side seal their checks while the same-side crease player carries the ball high into the shooter position.
- As this player runs past the shooter's seal (1st seal), the weak-side crease player should vacate the crease with a V-cut to the middle, and a swing pass should be made to the weak-side shooter. This player ideally catches the ball with a short run, eventually running full speed towards the crease defender for an "iso" attempt or screen shot (Option #1).
