Players start in 4 lines on their proper side of the floor: 1. Coach rolls ball to the boards 2. L1 retrieves the ball and starts running up the floor 3. L2 Starts up the floor and receives pass from L1 4. L2 heads down the floor and takes shot on goalie 5. L1 heads up the floor and then comes back to the ball, receives pass from coach and runs down the floor to take a shot. Repeat on Right side
