TOP DRILL 1: Each player takes turns passing to other 3 players who are cutting to net. Players must time their cuts to make sure ball carrier has control of the ball and sees them. Cutters need to receive pass before crossing the front of the net. PROGRESSION: Add Woody defenders PROGRESSION: Add 1 defender on ball carrier and allow other players to cut when they choose BOTTOM DRILL 2: Same idea as 1 but first cutter does not get a pass, they instead cycle thru and set a pick. Picks are N-S. (E-W can be added later). Passes always come from crease positions. Switch sides after PROGRESSION: Add Woody defenders PROGRESSION: Add 1 defender on ball carrier PROGRESSION: Add multiple defenders
