LOGIN TO CREATE PRACTICE PLANS
Players will arrange themselves in groups of 3. These players will alternate through the drill as to create a 1:2 work/rest ratio.
Players will use the following pattern to move back and forth between cones placed 10 yards apart.
-Sprint
-Shuffle (Closed hip)
-Sprint
-Shuffle (Closed hip)
-Sprint
-Shuffle (Open hip)
-Sprint
-Shuffle (Open hip)
-Sprint
-Backpedal
-Sprint through, loose ball
*Players should end up on the other side of the drill from where they originated.
