Split the team into two groups and orient them as shown in the diagram. Place two cones 12-15 yards out from the net. The teams must take turns, sending players to take 1 step-down shot from behind the cones, and 1 inside shot. Rules: 1. A player cannot use their same hand twice in the same sequence. 2. For the 2nd shot (inside shot), the player has two options. They can either plant their feet and use 1 fake, or they can continue to move their feet but must quick-stick. Quick-sticks only for advanced teams. 3. If a player does not score on either of their shots, they go to jail 4. If a player scores both of their shots, they may choose to pick an opponent to put in jail, or they may free a teammate from jail.
