Place 4 cones approximately 5 yards outside of the 'dangerous' area of the field. The bottom cones should be 2-3 yards behind GLE, and 5 yards out from the net. If you wish, you can paint/tape spots on the field 5 yards inside of each cone towards the stack (used to orient defensive players).
Place offensive players in lines behind diagonal cones, and defensive players in the same fashion.
Variation 1 - Vertical approaches (Top diagram)
Start a defensive player from line 1, 5 yards inside of their cone. The first defensive player in line 2 will pass to the offensive line to their right. The defensive player from line 1 will approach the offensive player receiving the pass, who will subsequently attack the net in an attempt to score.
To continue the drill, the defender who originally passed will immediately step inside their cone after passing to prepare for the next dodge.
Variation 2 - Horizontal approaches (Similar to top diagram)
Same as above except the defensive players will now pass the opposite direction, creating a horizontal approach.
