This drill can be done anywhere on the field.
Place a cone on one restraining line (wing). Have players line up on the other restraining line.
Variation 1 - Double move
Players will roll a loose ball to themselves, approach the ball, scoop, and the make a 'double-move' to free their hands, imagining there is a player pressuring them front-on. Players will then repeat the process to the cone.
Variation 2 - Goose
Players will drop a ball in their feet. The player will then kick or 'goose' the ball forward, approach the ball, scoop, and use a double-move in the same manner as variation 1. Players will then repeat the process to the other side.
Variation 3 - Open space
Same as the above variations, however players will roll a ball in front of them, and attack the ball at full speed, running through the ball. Players will then slow to a jog, roll the ball slightly in front of them, and repeat the process.
