LOGIN TO CREATE PRACTICE PLANS
Players will arrange themselves on the edges of the field in the 6 following positions:
1. Goal-line extended on both ends, both sides
2. Center field line, both sides
The drill will start with a player from line `1 running upfield, towards the center of the field. The goalie will then pass to this player. The player who recives the ball will then look upfield to the center field line, on the far-side (line 2). The player from line 2 will use their footwork to make the pass shorter, and received the ball. Thisplayer will then change direction and look to the far-side goal-line extended (Line 4). This GLE player will use their footwork to arrive on the wing, making the pass shorter. Upon recieving the ball, this player will sweep across the field, and either passing to a coach, or taking a shot that the goalie can easily save. The process will then repeat on the either side of the field.
