LOGIN TO CREATE PRACTICE PLANS
Start with a Left and a Right somewhere near the middle of the floor on their proper side, and a D on each side of the floor in the middle.
L starts the drill with pass to R (1), who then passes down to the D (2), pass back to R (3), across to L (4), then to other D (5) who then passes back to the L (6).
L and R then go in 2 on 1 against the D.
Once the 2 on 1 begins, start the other side, now having R start with the ball. Keep rotating the D through the drill.
The drill should flow from one end of the floor to the next and back.
