This drill can be done anywhere on the field.
Players will arrange themselves in groups of 3.
There are 4 steps to this drill, each step is represented by its respective number in the diagram.
Step 1: The first player in line will roll a loose-ball to themselves, and will then pursue the loose ball. Upon picking up the ball, the next player in line will direct the ball carrier which direction to roll out to (as if to free hands from pressure).
Step 2: After 'rolling-out' or 'turning', the ball carrier will pass back to the line, and will immediately cut across the field. The next player in line will pass the ball back, with the receiver catching the ball over their shoulder (ie. wide-receiver catch).
Step 3: The ball carrier will then pass back to the next player in line. This player will then roll out another loose ball, close to the line. The player in the drill will then pursue the loose ball.
Step 4: Upon picking up the loose ball, the ball carrier will then make a flip-pass to the next player in line, who will repeat the process.
