Variation 1: Static (Shown in diagram)
6 defensive players will orient themselves in front of the net, with the two short stick defenders highest in the group. Three attackmen will also arrange themselves in a triangle on the other side of half.
When the coach blows the whistle, two close-defenders will run to the sideline nearest to them. The third close-defender will then run to the far-side (non-bench side) midline, landing 5-10 yards behind the half. The Long-stick-midfielder will run to the change box. The far-side midfielder will run towards the bench, and will button hook back towards the ball, approximately 2/3rds of the way. The other short stick defender will then run straight upfield, crossing the half. As soon as this player crosses the half, the far-side attackman will be 'released' and will run back towards the ball. The middle attackman will shuffle over to fill, and the midfielder who crossed half will change, making sure to stay on the offensive half as to not go off-side.
Variation 2: Dynamic (Similar to diagram)
Same as Variation 1, expect players will start in a standard shuttle in front of the net. Upon the coach blowing the whistle, defensive players will then move to their appropriate breakout spots.
